In class, we studied how Hindus worship at the Mandir and the items you would see there, such as the main shrine, the bell, sandalwood paste and the shoe rack. Our RE vision is:

Be Informed.

Be Reflective. 

The children were curious to see these items in real life in the temple. Back in school, we reflected in our RE books about what we saw in our visit to a place of worship and how this made us feel. The children also enjoyed the biscuits and juice the temple kindly provided!
