Animal Fun in Reception
Kahlo Class have thoroughly enjoyed learning about wild animals this week as part of our topic 'Animals'.
In English, Reception have enjoyed sharing the story 'The Story Orchestra - Carnival of the Animals', retelling it and acting it out. The children have worked hard to apply their phonics to writing setting descriptions.
In expressive arts and design, the children have been persisting with using a variety of materials and techniques to create animal models and pictures.
