We have been very busy in nursery learning about different types of homes and families.

The children have created homes using recycled materials for a wall display, explored different materials to create larger- scale homes for the Three Little Pigs  and been very busy in our role play Builders' Yard.

The creativity didn't stop there - we then made spoon puppets of family members and created home and family pictures and books.  The children have also really enjoyed role-playing the story of The Three Bears, who had a home deep inside the forest.

The children have been living out our Early years vision of Be an Explorer. Be a Trier. Be a Talker. Be a Creator.
