Amazing Art Exhibition!
The first St George's Christmas Art Exhibition and Art Sale was a fantastic success, thanks to the creative talent of our resident artists and your supportive generosity!
Let's begin with a massive THANK YOU!!!
As Picasso said, "Every child is an artist. The problem is remaining an artist as we grow up."
This week, we have proudly presented the artistry of our children from Nursery to Year 6!
This term, we have worked hard painting, printing and reflecting on artists from Kandinsky to Kahlo and created our own art inspired by their mastery. The artwork was then shown to parents, friends and family, who generously bought the works raising a staggering:
£180.62
The money raised will go towards purchasing new Art Room aprons.
As always at St George's, we are proud to:

The feedback from you has been awe-inspiring, and given the children ample reason to be proud of their creative labour! "Creativity takes courage" said Henri Matisse, and you have made us brave!
