Every afternoon for 2 weeks, Tull class were able to attend intense swimming sessions with an experienced team of swimming teachers at our local leisure centre. They were able to be in focus groups depending on skill level which helped each swimming teacher cater their lessons to help pupils progress on their swimming ability. 

There were 3 groups and pupils in all groups focused on a new skill each day. Pupils had a lot of fun learning and those who have not swam before, were brave to try something new!

It was great to hear that all staff found St George's to be respectful, determined and engaging.  This fits in well with our P.E values of: 

Be passionate. 

Be respectful. 

Be determined.
