For Women's Day on Friday 8th March 2024, St George's attended the Lewisham School Games Year 5/6 Girls Football Tournament at St Dunstan's Jubilee Ground. This was inline with the FA Initiative #LetGirlsPlay. 

Be passionate. 

Be respectful. 

Be determined.

To celebrate the day, there were some Chelsea coaches, who will also be looking to come to St George's and identify any talented footballers. 

We were extremely impressed with the St George's team, who represented the school with great passion and were acknowledged by all the teams for their great respect and sportsmanship. 

We look forward to our next tournament, which will be the Year 5/6 Tri Golf.
