On Thursday 24th October, we welcomed back Perrymount Primary School to play our termly match. This great rivalry saw all players from both teams show great determination and teamwork, which fits in with our P.E values of:

Be passionate. 

Be respectful. 

Be determined.

St George's had a fantastic start to the game going 4-0 up by half-time. The second half saw the Perrymount players make a comeback, which caused great anxiety amongst the great support on the sideline. However, with calmness and self-belief in the team, our players got the 6-3 victory in the end. 

Well done to all the players, who showed great sportsmanship and a big thank you for the incredible support from students, teachers and plenty of parents. 

We look forward to our next match and hopefully continue the winning streak.
