Year 4 have hit the ground running as they begin their exciting six-week cricket course with Platform Cricket! We are delighted to welcome back their professional coaches, who bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to every session.

The children started their first lesson with catching drills and a focus on perfecting their technique, before putting their new skills to the test in a small game. It was fantastic to see so much energy and teamwork on display, and it’s clear we have some talented batsmen in the class!

Over the next six weeks, the children will continue to develop their skills with weekly coaching sessions, leading up to a summer tournament where they will compete alongside other schools involved in the Platform Cricket scheme. This will be a fantastic opportunity to showcase their hard work in a fun and friendly competition.
