In June 2020 the government announced funding to support children and young people to catch up on missed learning caused by coronavirus (COVID19).

All mainstream schools, including St. George’s, will receive £80 for each pupil from reception to year 6 inclusive.

Schools have been advised to use this funding for specific activities to support their pupils’ education recovery in line with the curriculum expectations in the actions for schools during the coronavirus outbreak guidance.
