Dear St. George’s families,
A big thank you to everyone who joined us for Father Richard's Open Worship this week. It was wonderful to see so many of you reflecting alongside our pupils on the meaning of Thanksgiving and the importance of gratitude in our daily lives. The pupils’ thoughtful reflections were truly heartwarming, and your presence made the experience even more special.
We’re also thrilled to share that our teachers have gone the extra mile this Friday, staying late to transform the school hall into a festive display with the beautiful hoops the pupils have helped create. When the children arrive at assembly on Monday morning, they’ll be greeted by their incredible handiwork, which we know will fill them with pride and joy.
Looking ahead, don’t forget the Christmas Art Fair on Monday! Families are invited to visit the hall at the end of the school day to view their child’s artwork. Not only will you get to see their creativity on display, but you’ll also have the chance to purchase their masterpieces, with all proceeds going towards funding art supplies for our pupils.
We’re also delighted to introduce a new event this year: the Parent Association Big Wrap-Up. This is the first time we are inviting parents to join us in wrapping presents donated by the Church, which will be gifted to pupils before the Christmas break. We hope it will be a meaningful way to come together and make the season even more special for our children.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you at these festive events!
