Dear St. George's families,
Firstly, we would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very happy new year.
As well as learning inside the classroom, we have lots to look forward to outside of the classroom coming up. Next week, we have two sports teams participating in competitions across Lewisham. Also next week, Year 5 will be heading to the British Museum to view the Greek artefacts on display. Across the term, we also have some trips booked to the Science Museum, as well as a trip to the local river in Year 4! Keep your eyes peeled on our news stories to see how we all get on.
All families will receive a SchoolPing on Monday to access reservations for upcoming parents' evenings. It is really important you attend these meetings as it will be the first face to face parents evenings we have been able to hold since the pandemic. Teachers are keen to share the progress your child is making and what you can do at home to continue to support them.
